REBA McENTIRE LAUNCHES LIFESTYLE COLLECTION

New Women’s Line "Reba" to Hit Dillard’s Stores Spring 2005

Reba McEntire, multi-award winning singer, TV actress and Broadway star, and Dillard’s (NYSE: DDS), Little Rock based retailer, are partnering to launch Reba’s new women’s sportswear collection – ‘Reba’. The collection will launch in Spring 2005 at 147 Dillard’s stores nationwide as well as on www.dillards.com. ‘Reba’ represents the first time that Reba McEntire has created a clothing line.

The debut of ‘Reba’ is a natural result of both partners’ understanding of today’s modern woman. For Dillard’s and for Reba, it reflects a desire to help women simplify their time-stressed lives and easily find a personal style.

Reba wanted to develop a sophisticated, versatile collection reflecting her own sense of style, for women who share her time constraints and active lifestyle. "I like to wear what feels good. If I feel good in what I’m wearing, I have more confidence whether I’m going on stage, to a meeting or out with my family. I know what works for me and I want to translate that into what will work for other women too," said Reba McEntire, who is fully involved in all aspects of the design process with Icon Creations, a New York City based fashion design firm. "The ‘Reba’ collection is designed to give women clothing that works from moment to moment, season to season, for all her separate feelings."

Dillard’s felt ‘Reba’ would be a strong addition to its significant fashion presence. “‘Reba’ is a natural extension of our women’s fashion offerings. Our philosophy has always been to provide our customers with the best selection, in a place she knows and trusts,” remarked Alex Dillard, President, Dillard’s, Inc.

Concentrating on mix-and-match pieces, the ‘Reba’ collection includes career wear, casual wear, novelty wear, sportswear and knit separates of superior workmanship in sizes 4-14 with price points ranging from $48 to $289. The line was designed from the inside out, where emphasis was placed on making clothing that would feel as luxurious as it looks. The color stories for the spring lines include rich, dark tones as well as eye-catching feminine hues such as titanium, pistachio and feather blue, which effortlessly coordinate together. Details and embellishments include covered buttons, bold hemlines, detailed stitching and seaming, and personal designs that inspire Reba.

The first ‘Reba’ collection will be in stores in March 2005 with new retail deliveries occurring biweekly thereafter.

About Reba McEntire:

Over the course of her 25+ year career, McEntire has established herself as country music's leading lady, rising to become the best-selling female country singer of the 20th century with more than 48 million records sold.  Mc Entire is an established movie and television actress, having starred in the cult classic "Tremors,” "One Night at McCool's,” "North" and "The Little Rascals” and most recently on television in her hit sitcom, “Reba,” now in its fourth season.  McEntire is also a successful author, having published her New York Times Best Seller autobiography “Reba: My Story” and “Comfort from a Country Quilt: Find New Inspiration and Strength and Old-Fashioned Values,” a collection of personal essays, which have exceeded sales of 1 million copies combined.  Spring 2005 marks the first time McEntire will be making her move into fashion with the launch of her new fashion collection “Reba” in Dillard’s stores nationwide.  McEntire currently divides her time between her home in Nashville, Tennessee and the television set of "Reba" in Los Angeles.

About Dillard’s Inc.:

Dillard's, Inc. ranks among the nation’s largest fashion apparel and home furnishings retailers with annual revenues exceeding $7.8 billion. The company focuses on delivering maximum value to its shoppers, with fairly priced merchandise complemented by exceptional customer service. Dillard's stores offer a broad selection of merchandise, including products sourced and marketed under Dillard's exclusive brand names. The company comprises 329 stores, spanning 29 states, all operating with one name - Dillard's.

“'REBA' is a reflection of my style. I personally picked each color, each fabric, and each print to represent what spring means to me. ‘REBA’ for spring is a contemporary, smart, casual look that truly reflects the way I live. ” Reba McEntire

Reba McEntire, multi-award winning singer, TV actress and Broadway star, continues to cultivate her role as fashion designer with her Spring 2006 “REBA” collection. Available at 148 Dillard’s stores nationwide as well as on www.dillards.com, the Spring 2006 collection marks the one year anniversary of the launch of the “REBA” line.

Since its inception, the line has illustrated Reba’s innate understanding of a busy woman’s lifestyle with clothing that meets the diverse needs of a modern woman’s day – going from work to PTA meetings to soccer games and cocktail parties. Reba is devoted to creating clothes that feel as great as they look, and is highly involved in every aspect of design from picking out comfortable, movable fabrics to providing input on the sophisticated tailoring to create a flawless silhouette. In addition, Reba has also added signature details to her line like vented sleeves, stays in the pants to prevent the hem from slipping under your heel, and delicate crystal beading to add a touch of sparkle.

"Elalini" by Honorary Foreign Film winner Tristan Holmes, was selected from an original pool of 29 submissions from 22 countries. Holmes is the first student from South Africa to win this award.

Overall, 33 past Student Academy Award winners have garnered Oscar nominations over the years.

World Premiere of Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show A New Way to Experience Disney Magic

Disney Live! Unveils Making Books Appear Wherever We Go Benefiting First Book and Literacy Programs Around the Country

Led by Master Magician Mickey, an all- star cast of Disney celebrities will step into the spotlight today for the world premiere of Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show. This brand new show, featuring world class illusions and produced by Feld Entertainment, will launch its traveling showcase at the National Theatre in Washington, DC, this evening.

In partnership with First Book -- an international non-profit organization dedicated to making sure every child has the opportunity to read and own their first new book -- Disney Live! will kick off Making Books Appear Wherever We Go at a special VIP reception prior to the opening night performance. Through Making Books Appear Wherever We Go, Disney Live! will promote literacy and raise funds to provide new books to children across the country. The program will begin with an initial donation of $5,000 to Washington, DC-based First Book, and over the course of the show's run, this national partnership will donate more than $40,000 to First Book programs to fund thousands of new books for children in need.

Disney's fabulous five -- Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy -- take the stage with professional illusionists Brad Ross and Alex Gonzalez, and together they showcase a stunning sequence of magical acts. From the breathtaking levitation of Minnie and Aladdin's Princess Jasmine to the transformation of Cinderella's rags into riches, the illusions will astound children and adults alike.

"Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show gives children the opportunity to believe, to wonder and to imagine a world where anything is possible," said Kenneth Feld, producer of the Disney Live! shows and producer of the most successful live illusion show of all time, Siegfried & Roy. "And, because of our partnership with First Book, not only will our show give families a whole new way to experience Disney magic, it will also give children the chance to discover the magic of reading."

"We're thrilled to partner with Disney Live! to promote literacy throughout the country," said Kyle Zimmer, president of First Book. "Disney has been a core supporter of First Book throughout our history, and we're excited about this latest facet of our relationship. Partners like Disney help us to get those vitally-needed books into the hands of underserved children."

The importance of this issue is paramount. A 2006 study by Susan B. Neuman and David K. Dickinson indicated that only 1 out of 300 children from low-income families own a book of their own, versus an average of 13 books owned per child from middle-income families. Additionally, research by Jeff McQuillan shows that children who own their own books have much higher literacy rates.

To bring Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show to the stage, Kenneth Feld had the talents of an elite creative team up his sleeve. The team consisted of:

Director Jerry Bilik, who has been a member of the creative team for every Disney On Ice and Disney Live! production since their inception, and has been involved in the creation of each new edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey(R). Bilik is the recipient of the Annual Composers' Award from ASCAP and has scored songs for the movies Real Life and Best Man. A former professor, he arranged music for a number of television series, including "Starsky and Hutch" and "Charlie's Angels";

Production Designer James Youmans who has constructed sets for Broadway, off-Broadway and Regional productions, in addition to Barry Manilow's Showstoppers tour and NBA all-star halftime shows;

Costume Designer Scott Lane, whose credits include Disney On Ice -- Disney presents Pixar's The Incredibles in a Magic Kingdom Adventure, Disney On Ice presents Disney/Pixar's Finding Nemo, Disney On Ice presents Disney/Pixar's Monsters, Inc., and seven years with the Tournament of Roses Parade;

Lighting Designer John Morgan, winner of two Emmy(R) Awards for Outstanding Lighting Direction and six Emmy(R) Award nominations, whose projects span from awards and comedy shows, live events, and concerts to the Olympic Games, Fox's American Idol, and shows for magicians David Copperfield, Brett Daniels and Lance Burton.

Illusion Designer Jim Steinmeyer, who has consulted for such talents as Siegfried & Roy, David Copperfield, and Lance Burton. In addition, Steinmeyer has earned critical acclaim for his work in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway and was the youngest person ever to receive The Creative Fellowship award by "The Academy of Magical Arts;" and

Choreographer Bart Doerfler, a former dancer whose work extends from television, music videos and tours to film and stage; he recently coordinated the movements in the 134th Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey.

Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show and First Book

Making Books Appear Wherever We Go

Making its world premiere May 18, 2006, at the National Theatre in Washington, DC, Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show is kicking off a partnership with First Book to promote literacy throughout the show's tour. The program, Making Books Appear Wherever We Go, will donate more than $40,000 to fund thousands of new books for underserved children over the course of the tour.

* About the Partners

* Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show is the newest stage show

produced by Feld Entertainment. The production features Mickey

and Minnie, and pals Goofy, Donald and Daisy showcasing a stunning

sequence of magical acts. From the breathtaking levitation of

Minnie and Aladdin's Princess Jasmine to the transformation of

Cinderella's rags into riches, the illusions are world class and

utterly amazing.

* First Book is an international non-profit organization dedicated

to making sure every child has the opportunity to read and own

their first new books. The organization provides an ongoing

supply of new books to children participating in community-based

mentoring, tutoring, and family literacy programs.

* Why Literacy?

* 61% of low-income families have no books at all in their homes for

their children. As a result, direct access to books is extremely

limited for these children -- a fact that significantly impacts

their educational growth and development, as well as their sense

of creativity and imagination.

* A recent study indicates that the average ratio of books to

children from low-income families is 1 book to 300 children,

versus an average of 13 books per child from median-income

families.

* An analysis of a national data set of nearly 100,000 United States

school children found that access to printed materials -- and not

poverty -- is the critical factor affecting literacy.

* About the Program

* The Making Books Appear Wherever We Go partnership will include a

donation of $1,000 for the first 1,000 tickets sold in every

market that Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show appears to

First Book to fund hundreds of new books for children in need in

that city. In larger markets, a donation of $5,000 for the first

5,000 tickets sold will be made.

* Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show and First Book will

launch the program at the World Premiere of Disney Live! presents

Mickey's Magic Show on Thursday, May 18, at the National Theatre

in Washington, DC. To launch the program, Disney Live! will

donate $5,000 to Washington, DC-based First Book.

* Between the touring shows and the world premiere, more than

$40,000 will have been donated to First Book.

* Additionally, children in local markets will have a special visit

from the stars of Disney Live! presents Mickey's Magic Show. The

stars will host a magical reading where one of the show's

magicians will perform "book-inspired" magic. Additionally,

children from First Book programs will have the opportunity to

attend the show while it is in town.

C O R R E C T I O N -- Microsoft Corp./

In the news release, MSN to Connect Fans to Cannes Film Festival Online, issued yesterday, May 17, by Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) over PR Newswire, we are advised by a representative of the company that all references to "X- Men 3" should read "X-Men: The Last Stand," as originally issued inadvertently. Complete, corrected release follows:

MSN to Connect Fans to Cannes Film Festival Online

MSN Is the Destination for Exclusive Access to Cannes' Hottest Press Events and Premieres

MSN is giving film enthusiasts a VIP insider's view of the Cannes Film Festival this year by taking viewers beyond the red carpet with access to the festival's hottest happenings, including extensive coverage of the events surrounding the soon-to-be summer blockbuster films "The Da Vinci Code" and "X-Men: The Last Stand," at http://msnvideo.com/cannes.

Taylor Johnson, the MSN Dish Diva, won the distinction of serving as the sole moderator for the "X-Men: The Last Stand" junket. Because MSN is the only online media portal to have access to all the Cannes press events and premieres, Johnson will publish a daily diary highlighting the most memorable moments from Cannes and featuring a new interview each day with one of the most sought-after stars in attendance.

"MSN(R) Video is a ticket to the hottest events at Cannes and provides global access to the biggest stars," said Rob Bennett, general manager of entertainment and video services for MSN. "MSN Video is dedicated to delivering compelling, always-accessible content and a variety of exclusive video footage from entertainment's hottest events, parties, concerts, films and television series."

A tradition in Cannes since 1946, the renowned film festival took root there when the exclusive Riviera resort town opened its doors at the former Casino de Cannes. At first the festival was more of a social event, but it has evolved into a media extravaganza, with more than 4,000 journalists representing 1,600 media companies in attendance. This year's festival, which runs from May 17 through 28, will kick off with the premiere of "The Da Vinci Code." Organizers at the festival attempt to strike a balance between crowd- pleasers and critically acclaimed films, and between Hollywood blockbusters and art house flicks.

In addition to this latest endeavor with the Cannes Film Festival, MSN continues to further its promise of giving fans new ways to experience music, fashion, reality TV and other types of entertainment. Recently announced MSN Originals, a content initiative created exclusively for MSN, will showcase free, regularly refreshed, ad-supported programming that users can interact with and access any time of day.

Beginning today, May 17, MSN users can go to http://msnvideo.com/cannes to view the Cannes Film Festival-related content.
