Expansion

We are seeking to expand with a hedge fund secured by the U.S. government. Monies will be to acquire a studio, additional equipment, personnel, and sponsorship of events.

Funding is secured by the MBN library of events that are catalogued to the beginning of MBN, the Monte Bubbles Network in 2005. Preliminary estimates based upon current stock video and photo value is $20 million.

 

Studio Acquisition

A location has been found for a potential studio, which has the square footage to serve as a location for the studio for offices, programming for Newsvideoweb and Cooking with Notaspringchick, and a location for the How to Series and future programming.

Personnel

Ten additional personnel are needed to handle the requests for coverage MBN receives and for expanded programming plans. Additional personnel will be added through further expansion. Each member of Newsvideoweb is a one man band, capable of writing, shooting pictures, taking video and being on screen talent.

Equipment

Planned expansion with 10 additional personnel plus photo, video, computers and handheld technology. All photo and video equipment are sized for portability except for 2 larger video cameras for studio, red carpet or sponsored events.

Programming Content

Event coverage is planned initially for major metropolitan areas in the United States expanding to major metropolitan areas around the world.

Live streaming video from the studio location and events. Currently, Newsvideoweb is posting more than 45 minutes of original content each day.

Newsvideoweb is a lean grassroots organization that has grown without the infusion of Angel funds or shareholders, enabling Newsvideoweb to respond quickly to the ever changing environment of current events and the internet.
