Many of the companies were looking to expand or obtain distribution.  Notable companies discovered include:
- Caivo with seasoned prepared meat and delicacies from all natural fed cattle.  Each of the meats tried were absolutely delicious.  www.caivo.com.mx
- Green Tea from Dong Suh, available as a green tea powder with sprout brown rice, or the canned green.  It has a refined delicate taste without bitterness.  www.teaaroma.com

- Tamalli , Mexico ’s leading tamale maker expands to the United States with traditional, regional and gourmet product lines.  “The Art of the Tamale”, their slogan comes to life with 5 distinctly different masas and carefully selected ingredients, you’ll discover tamales that make you forget about the gourmet specialties at your farmer’s market.  www.tamalli.com.mx.

World renowned Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle , which has become a tourist destination for Fishmonger throwing was the model for Beyond Customer Service – An Opportunity to Make a Difference.  John Yokoyama, the owner of Pike Place Fish and Jim Bergquist, of bizFutures, gave the opening day keynote to an eager audience.
Yokoyama and his Fishmongers taught the audience how to catch fish, and even brought them up on stage to participate.  Slimy still, I must admit.  The trick is to catch the fish away from your body with open hands and one arm in front of the other.
