Seed -- Seed Clothing's designs are deeply inspired by vintage cuts and fabrics, yet are created for the modern woman.  Raised in Southern California, designer Amy Blea graduated from FIT in New York , worked in advertising for over 7 years, in New York and L.A. , and honed her design skills working for Nanette Lepore, Ralph Lauren, and Pacific Sunwear prior to starting her own line.  Seed Clothing initially started creating one-of-a-kind pieces, and has recently launched a mini-collection, available in limited-edition fabrics.
FNA -- FNA's well-constructed jackets and bodices have a loyal fan base of fashion-forward customers, stylists, and celebrities, including Pink, Eve, Trish Summerville, Arianne Phillips, Kym Barrett, Angeline Jolie, and Lindsay Lohan.  A graduate of Parsons school design, Florice Houde started out doing custom design for movies and musicians (Madonna, Christina Aguilera).  She launched her ready-to-wear line in 2005.
----------
H. Palleiko -- L.A.-based designer, Heather Palleiko takes inspiration from her sculpture background for creating unique designs that have an organic quality.  She uses knitting techniques and metalsmithing, incorporating precious metals, stones, wire, and found objects to create beautiful, wearable works of art.
Jeannie Madsen -- former graduate of FIT, costume designer, and boutique owner, Jeannie Madsen designs clothing and jewelry that has a hand-crafted, organic feel, and a streamlined, simple look.  Jeannie Madsen's one-of-a-kind designs are sold in a handful of selected L.A. and New York boutiques.
Kiki Designs -- Kiki Pagador's jewelry design span a wide range of styles and materials, from delicate and feminine, to bold and colorful, combining semi-precious stones, coral, and her signature metal mesh.  Her designs, featured on numerous episodes of "Young and Restless", the Tyra Banks show, and numerous fashion editorials, are sold in selected boutiques in Los Angeles and New York .
Nancy Dobbs Owen --Nancy¹s pieces evoke a mystical, lyrical quality while remaining modern and extremely wearable, often incorporating whisper-thin chains and vintage elements.   Nancy has worked with couture designers Richard Tyler, Colleen Quen and Cari Borja, and her jewelry is carried in upscale boutiques from California to New York .  The jewelry has been featured in many other magazines and counts a growing number of celebrities (Elizabeth Banks, Uma Thurman, Ali Landry, Sharon Stone, and  Edie Falco, as well as dozens of Broadway and Ballet stars!) among her fans.
Sarah Hudson -- Sarah Hudson's jewelry line, House of Hudson, a unique blend of vintage, glam and modern.  Her chunky jewelry pieces often incorporate vintage elements, and have a fun, edgy, rock-and-roll vibe.  Designer Sarah Hudson, is the lead singer of Ultraviolet, a local band that is rapidly making a name for itself in Los Angeles
Diana Reznik handbags -- Diana Reznik handbags and clutches are custom-crafted from the best leather, lined in luxurious silk fabrics, and include gold-plated hardware.  Some models come with a detachable belt.  The collection includes pieces crafted from exotic skins, including crocodile and ostrich.  Sold in selected upscale boutiques on East and West Coast, the designs are greatly appreciated by discerning customers looking for the highest quality and design.

CA LA Fashion Week is all about celebrating three things: red carpet couture, an eco-friendly fashion message to address global warming and perhaps most importantly celebrating LA as The Denim Capitol of the World. If you are an urban-chic, 25-year-old Angelino then the latter hip topic gets your immediate attention like no other during LA Fashion Week. Striking twenty-year-old models worked TAG Jeans superior, decorative stitching, custom-designed washes, signature buttons, sexy and comfortable designs and urban chic cuts; as if it was their skin of first choice down the runway to cheers from their adoring young peers. 80s rock-pop tunes set the tone for this edgy collection’s Fashion Week outing.

Anand Jon Biography

Newsweek chose Anand Jon for their “Who’s Next” 2007 feature story and raves that Anand Jon’s designs move between old and new worlds, they bring together the best of the East and the West.” “Functional luxury,” writes Women’s Wear Daily, is an inherent Anand Jon trademark.

chose Anand Jon for their “Who’s Next” 2007 feature story and raves that Anand Jon’s designs move between old and new worlds, they bring together the best of the East and the West.”“Functional luxury,” writes , is an inherent Anand Jon trademark.

Anand Jon developed a passion for the human form while growing up in South India under the tutelage of master artisans and his grandmother, one of the most influential women in his life. During these formative years, his deep involvement in the Yogic disciplines added a metaphysical yet playful flavor to all of his creations.

With his critically acclaimed Spring 1999 debut, Anand Jon was the first Indian to show at the Bryant Park tents for New York Fashion Week. He was immediately selected by Mayor Rudolph Giulliani for the New York City 2000 Showcase as one of the 75 top designers in the world and has been heralded by Oprah Winfrey as one of the top looks of the millennium.

Anand Jon graduated from Parson’s School of Design in New York with majors in both Fashion Design and Communications. Following graduation, he went on to win over sponsors such as Giorgio Armani, Four Seasons, Christies, Swarovski Crystals, Jaguar and more.

Anand Jon swiftly ascended to create a niche luxury brand catering to young royalty, Hollywood “It” girls, as well as elite celebrities and members of society. He is now set to debut his first full ready-to-wear line, “JEANISIS by Anand Jon”, at New York Fashion Week on September 9th with special thanks to Elle Style Lounge.

He often pays homage to his heritage and his adoration of the human body and his creations reflect a unique balance of exotica & modernism. He is also credited as one of the pivotal creators of the “It” girl phenomenon. With his flair for mixing his fabulous personal friends with supermodels in his presentations, Anand Jon has somewhat of a Midas Touch for the hottest “It” girls in the world, including Paris and Nicky Hilton, Lydia and Amanda Hearst, Michelle Rodriguez and Elizabeth Jagger, to name a few who debuted in his projects.

In less than five years, Anand Jon has won some of the most prestigious awards and recognitions in fashion including “The Rising Star of the East in the West 2006-2007” given by the Asia Society, “Vancouver Fashion Week’s 2005-2006 International Designer of the Year”, “Fashion Week of America’s 2002-03 International New Star”, the South Asian Media Awards 2005-06 “Best Designer” title and was named to the Most Influential South Asians List.

The cultural impact and branding potential of Anand Jon has been touted by Richard Bernard of IG International, who described him as “The single most powerful young personality and luxury brand from the East to have become global and a seamless gateway between the East and the West”.

Selected as one of “India’s 50 Most Beautiful” 2005-06 and on the “Sexiest South Asians in America” list, Anand Jon has recently appeared on America’s Next Top Model with Tyra Banks, a profile on E! with Paris Hilton, as a celebrity host on MTV Asia, and VH-1’s Awesomely Bad Fashions.

Despite his enormous success and growth potential, Anand Jon has not lost touch with his roots and makes charitable contributions a high priority. He gives to The Nature Sanctuary, serves as a spokesperson for CARE Children’s Organization, and supports The Tsunami Relief Fund. Anand Jon actively supports local artisans worldwide from filmmakers to craftsmen and currently divides his time between his homes in New York and Los Angeles while taking care of his pet tigers.
